Overcoming Depression is a 96-page workbook that provides activities and lessons for effectively reducing depression by addressing the thoughts and behaviors effecting your mood. Utilizing a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, lessons cover changing negative thoughts, increasing healthy activities, effectively solving problems, anger management and developing healthy relationships. The relaxation training lesson includes progressive muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, imagery, mindfulness and self-talk.
