Over $500	.....................	8% of total

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska add 20% of order total (a minimum charge of $20 applies). Other countries please call or fax for shipping charges.

RUSH ORDERS

Express shipping services are available for an additional fee on orders received before noon Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nonimprinted orders are processed and shipped the following day. Please call for express shipping charges. Orders without a phone or fax number may be delayed.
